To start the process to access CC4Teams Extended, please fill out the form below on the left.

This page contains the form you need to submit access requests. Follow the guide to ensure you provide all necessary information to grant access.

Deployment guides

The deployment guides contain the requirements for CC4Teams Extended and describe the necessary steps to deploy CC4Teams Extended in Azure. The generated parameters from the deployment guide should be shared via the onboarding form on the left side of the screen with ContactCenter4ALL.

We kindly request to carefully read through the deployment guides and stick to the provided guidelines. If the guidelines are not followed, we cannot guarantee that CC4Teams will work as expected as its operation depends on the components that are created during the deployment.
